At Rockport, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear back into its original shoebox and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
